Robert Kirchgessner is an architect, builder, and investor with deep experience in building systems, life safety, ADA accessibility, code requirements, construction coordination, inspections, and capital improvement planning. As both a licensed Architect and Florida Licensed Building Contractor, Robert brings a technical perspective that many investment groups do not have in-house. This allows Relevé Capital to evaluate opportunities beyond the spreadsheet, including physical conditions, renovation scope, cost exposure, schedule risk, insurance considerations, durability, and long-term performance.
